excuses, excuses…

We are all busy people. Today’s society almost dictates that if you haven’t got a million and one things to do each day, you aren’t working hard enough! But should you sacrifice your health and happiness for the age old excuse of “I don’t have the time”? Of course not! Integrate your workout into your daily schedule. A one hour workout is 4% of your day. 4%. Not much, is it? It doesn’t matter which 4% either. It can be first thing in the morning, last thing at night or anywhere in between. As long as you do it. The benefits of your workout will stay with you long after the hour is up. You’ll feel happier, more alert and just generally healthier. If you really can’t find a whole hour to spare, try Tabata or HIIT training. Tabata can be as short as 4 minutes! So, stop saying you can’t find the time and MAKE THE TIME. Your body will thank you 🙂
